MEMBER GUIDE
Safety Protocols & Procedures
As per Governments COVID-19 Safety Protocols for the South African Gym Industry

Dear Member,

The President announced on Sunday 25 July 2021 that the country was adjusting to the Alert Level 3.

This is great news as it means that all gyms could reopen.

These new changes and restrictions are all still temporary, they apply to all gyms across the country, and will be adjusted and changed as things improve in South Africa regarding the COVID-19 period.

We are confident that we have done everything needed to prepare our gyms, train our staff and implement all that is required to ensure the safety of our members and staff.

This page has been published to help you as a member better understand these changes and what you can expect during your visits during Level 4 to your favourite Slater Gym.

As of Sunday 25 July 2021

WHAT YOU AS A MEMBER CAN EXPECT

  • Before entering the club your temperature will be taken, you will need to complete a short health screening and your hands will be sanitized

  • All Child Care facilities will unfortunately still be temporarily closed, and any changes to this government restriction will be announced.
