Free Gym Pass Terms and Conditions

 In these Free Gym Pass Terms and Conditions, we refer to:

•             the Slater Gym as the "Slater Gym Group", "we", "our" or "us"; and

•             any prospective member as "prospective member", "you" or "your".

 Free Membership Passes

Guest Terms & Conditions

The purpose of the guest voucher is to familiarise the guest with the Slater Gym facilities, memberships & fees, & that the guest consents to have these aspects explained. It is required that all guests provide & leave a copy of ID / driver’s licence / passport to ensure their compliance with terms thereof. The guest warrants that he/she is in good physical condition & has no disability, impairment or ailment which would be adversely affected by participation in a physical conditioning programme or by the use of the Club’s facilities or services. Guests shall participate in a physical conditioning programme &/or use any Club’s facilities, services or equipment at their own risk. Slater Gym, its affiliates, agents or employees, shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage to the personal property of the guest. The guest agrees to the Rules & Regulations established by Slater Gym of its members.

Rules & Regulations

The guest agrees to obey all Rules & Regulations as established by the Management of the Club. These Rules & Regulations may be amended from time to time & may be verbally communicated or contained on signage posted within the Club. All Rules & Regulations are available upon request & the guest confirms that he / she is fully conversant with them & undertakes to abide by them at all times. All guests must provide a copy of their ID / Driver’s Licence / Passport. Trial memberships will only be valid during normal operating hour.

Limitation of Liabilities

The guest agrees & acknowledges that Slater Gym will not be liable for death, injury, loss or damage suffered by me &/or the member(s) through or contributed to by any cause whatsoever including but not limited to any negligent (including gross negligence) act &/or omission or breach of contract on the part of Slater Gym, its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants or other member(s). I agree & acknowledge that I enter upon & exit the premises (inclusive of parking areas) & use the equipment & facilities entirely at my own risk. In addition, I agree that Slater Gym shall not be vicariously liable for any loss or damage suffered by me &/or other members as a result of them on the part of its employees, independents contractors, consultants, or other member(s). I &/or my estate hereby indemnify Slater Gym against any claim by any person arising directly or indirectly from my death, injury, loss or damage suffered, allegedly caused or contributed to by an act or omission by Slater Gym, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants & agents.

Free Membership Passes are valid on an on-going basis during such promotional periods as we may determine.

Only one Free Membership Pass per person, per year, will be allowed.

Any duplicate Passes will be Cancelled and not approved.

Free Membership Passes may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Free Membership Passes are not valid for current Slater Gym Group members but can be transferred to a family member or friend.

Free Membership Passes  are only valid for persons 18 (Eighteen) years of age and older.

To qualify, a person must reside or work in an area which is served by a Slater Gym Group Club – proof may be required.

Proof of identification (Identity Document or Card / Driver's Licence / Passport) will need to be presented.

An Access Card payment must be paid before the free pass can be approved and activated.

               The Slater Gym reserve the right, from time to time, to introduce rules, regulations and policies with regard to general safety and security at our gym facilities and the conduct of members so as to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable atmosphere and experience for all members, visitors and staff. We further reserve the right to amend these rules, regulations and policies from time to time in such manner, and to such extent, as we may, in our discretion, deem necessary or appropriate.
