As we grow and get older our bendy and flexible young bodies start to get stiffer. Rudimentary tasks like reaching for your phone behind the couch, carrying five grocery bags in one go, or getting in and out of a car become harder. That’s why doing certain exercises in a certain succession really matter.
Our Move Better workout programs are designed simply to help you do just that.. Move Better!
The goal of our programs is to first prime your body for a workout and then activate various areas of movements so that each exercise starts to condition your body to be able to do things you are starting to find difficult. In doing this you will start to stabilize your core, build necessary muscle and strength, but avoid injury.
